Management Trainee

Genpact is hiring a Management Trainee for its Record to Report (R2R) team. In this role, you will handle financial and accounting activities, including month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.

You will also work with team members, support audits, and help improve financial processes.

Responsibilites

• Handle assigned Record to Report (R2R) activities independently.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis and identify differences in financial data.
• Review account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned entities or regions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required documents and reports.
• Guide and support junior team members with their daily queries.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Master’s degree in Finance

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with reconciliations.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Good understanding of banking and financial processes.
• Basic knowledge of risk and compliance management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with clients and internal teams.
