Customer Support Associate

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates for its Hindi and English Voice Process. This is a work from home opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates. If you have good communication skills and meet the required system requirements, you can apply.

Responsibilites

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Deliver polite and professional customer service.
• Follow company guidelines while handling customer calls.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Must have passed 12th (Higher Secondary).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with 6 months or more BPO experience should have the required experience documents.
• Maximum age limit: 40 years.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• 2 rotational weekly offs.
• 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Contract valid until 31st October.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹1,68,000 CTC per year (Approx. ₹12,500 in-hand per month).
• Experienced Candidates: ₹1,90,000 CTC per year (Approx. ₹14,100 in-hand per month).

System Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Intel Core i5 (5th Generation or above).
• Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps (Upload & Download).
• Power backup.
• USB noise-cancelling headset.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card (with complete Date of Birth).
• E-Aadhaar.
• PAN Card.
• 10th and 12th marksheets.

Interview Process

• HR Video Interview (Aadhaar Card required).
• Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy).
• Final Interview through Google Meet (Selfie with Aadhaar Card required).
