Customer Support Executive

Flipkart is looking for Customer Support Executives to join the Flipkart Process. This work from home opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries through calls, chat, or email, depending on the process.
• Help customers by providing the right information and resolving their issues.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow company guidelines and meet daily performance

Eligibility

• Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to interact with customers politely and professionally.

Work schedule

• 6 days working
• Rotational shifts
• One rotational weekly off

Requirements

Candidates must have their own laptop with the following specification

• Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or higher)
• Windows 10 operating system
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Broadband internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed
• Working webcam and microphone
