About the job

Amazon is looking for Technical Support Associates to help customers with Amazon devices and digital services. In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email by solving technical issues related to products like Kindle, Echo, Fire TV, Alexa, and Amazon Prime.

Job Responsibilites

  • Answer customer queries through phone, chat, and email.
  • Help customers solve technical issues with Amazon devices and services.
  • Use support tools to find the right solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
  • Keep customer information and support records updated.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and high-quality customer service.

Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have completed 12th grade (10+2).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in India.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
  • Ability to use multiple computer applications at the same time.
