Business Solution Analyst

Deloitte is hiring entry-level Business Solution Analysts for its Global Employer Services Technology Center in Hyderabad. This opportunity is suitable for graduates from business and technology backgrounds who want to start their careers in technology, application testing, and business operations.

You will work with international teams to research legislative changes, test applications, maintain existing systems, and help ensure that technology solutions produce accurate results. Deloitte will provide training on its existing applications and newer tools, so a specific technical background is not mandatory.

Eligibility

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline.
• Business qualifications: B.Com, BBA, or a related discipline.
• Technology qualifications: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Have experience using AI tools in academic projects, internships, or other work.
• Have basic familiarity with SQL, C#, or JScript. Coursework or personal projects are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Perform manual application testing using Deloitte applications and Excel.
• Support the maintenance of existing applications.
