About the job

Clipboard is hiring an Onboarding Documents Associate for its Operations team. The job is fully remote and open to people living in the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia. If you’re careful with details and like checking that paperwork is right, this could suit you.

This is an individual contributor position focused on reviewing and validating the documents healthcare professionals submit when they join the platform. Your work helps them start taking shifts quickly while keeping everything compliant with facility rules and regulations. You’ll work alongside other teams, follow set workflows, manage document queues and help make the onboarding process more accurate and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review documents submitted by professionals and check that they are accurate, complete and in line with facility, local, state and federal guidelines
  • Keep an eye on queues for new submissions, backlogs and expiring documents during your shift, and prioritise as things come in
  • Handle daily tasks such as updating document statuses, mapping documents, clearing unread submissions and helping with special projects
  • Review internal policies and suggest updates that make them clearer and easier to follow
  • Work with other teams to answer document-related questions and smooth out workflows
  • Keep communication clear on Slack and other internal tools so issues get resolved
  • Stay current on documentation standards and product updates so your decisions stay consistent
  • Hit targets for review time, accuracy and throughput, for yourself and for the team

What They’re Looking For

  • Attention to detail: You spot inconsistencies and missing information quickly and correctly.
  • Decision making: You can decide on time, even when things are unclear, without lowering your standards for accuracy and compliance.
  • Organisation: You can juggle several tasks and queues in a fast-paced setting and stay reliable.
  • Communication: You explain decisions clearly and briefly, and you work well with other teams.
  • Ownership: You take responsibility, follow through, and help improve processes over time

Nice to Have

  • Experience in document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, admin support or customer service
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documents such as licences, certifications and immunisation records
  • A background in QA or quality-focused work
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets and task management platforms

Hiring Process

  • Submit your application
  • Complete an assessment, which arrives by email within 1 to 2 days (check your spam folder)
  • Interview with a member of the recruiting team
  • Final interviews and offer

Setup Requirements

  • A wired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed
  • A computer with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 (2000 series or newer) or Apple M1 or newer
  • At least 12 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
  • A quiet, professional workspace at home
  • A noise-canceling headset
  • Reliable internet, plus backup power or backup internet where possible

Schedule

Clipboard operates 24/7. You’ll work five days out of a seven-day week, and that includes availability on both Saturday and Sunday. Shifts are assigned based on business needs. Interviews can’t be taken on a mobile phone.
