Campus Associate

Sutherland is inviting applications for its Campus Associates – FY’27 recruitment drive. This is open to 2026 graduates from different educational backgrounds, including Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA and MCA.

Selected candidates will work as customer support consultants, helping customers with their questions and concerns through calls, emails, chats and social media.

About the role

As a Campus Associate, you will help customers by answering their questions and resolving issues through different communication channels.

The role mainly involves customer interaction, understanding their concerns and providing the right solutions within the expected time. You will also be expected to meet monthly customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, chats and social media.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
• Follow company policies related to data security and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned training programmes and online courses.
• Attend coaching sessions and work on the feedback provided.
• Maintain proper attendance and follow the assigned work schedule.

Eligibility

• Must be a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate graduate from the 2026 batch.
• Graduates from Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA and MCA backgrounds can apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good analytical and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.
• Must live within 25 km of the office location.
